These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Test LLC(“we,” “us,” or “our”), an online platform for athletic team management. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Coaches, administrators, and parents representing a minor athlete confirm they have the lawful authority to do so. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to (a) upload illegal, harassing, or infringing content; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; (c) impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation with any organization; or (d) use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until cancelled. You authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method automatically each renewal period. Plan pricing and feature inclusions are described on our Pricing page.
SMS credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire but are non-transferable between teams or accounts.

You retain all rights to the rosters, results, photos, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Test LLC a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the service for you and your team members. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license, including consent of athletes and parents where applicable.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By using the service you consent to those practices.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. On termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Test LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) US $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict- of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email at least seven (7) days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
